ONE-TIME PAYMENT

Payment Schedule:

  •  One-Time Payment is due upon acceptance of the child and is a pre-requisite for enrollment.

Payment Methods:

  • Those who pay the One-Time Payment in one installment will receive a $500.00 discount.
  • Students entering Early Childhood 3 may pay the One-Time Admission Payment in three installments. The first payment is due upon acceptance and the following two payments are due upon each consecutive re-enrollment (during the 3rd Trimester).
  • Students entering Early Childhood  4 - 11th Grade may pay the One-Time  Payment in two installments. The first payment is due upon acceptance and the following payment is due upon re-enrollment (during the 3rd Trimester).
  • New students entering in 12th Grade will only be required to pay half of the One-Time Payment.

ANNUAL ENROLLMENT FEE

  • The Annual Enrollment Fee includes a Registration and Technology component.
  • The Registration Fee covers the cost of all books, supplies and educational materials.
  • The Technology Fee includes access, use, maintenance and technical support of all technology devices in school including but not limited to the digital interactive boards, individual and shared devices, equipment in laboratories, digital academic subscriptions and educational applications, etc. 

Payment Schedule:

  • The Annual Registration and Technology Fee is due before entering the school and each year upon re-enrollment (this fee may be applicable the same year depending on the date of inicial admission).

TUITION FEES

  • Tuition Fees include our Nutrition Program (snack and lunch)
  • Sponsored families are families whose company covers their employee's school fees

Payment Methods:

  1. Payment of the full yearly tuition in one single payment, due before 1st of august 2017, for which there will be a 5% discount

  2. Payment in (3) installments, equivalent to the three academic trimesters, payable no later than the first day of class of each trimester

Payment Schedule:

Tuition is due in three installments:

  • First Trimester: 1 of august 2017
  • Second Trimester: 27 of october 2017
  • Third Trimester: 6 of march 2018

 

TRANSPORTATION FEES


Our transportation fees for Academic Year 2016-2017 are as follows. Our fees for Academic Year 2017-2018 will be published at the end of the current academic year.

  • Canal Zone area (includes: Clayton, Albrook, Balboa, Ancon, Curundu, Diablo, Los Ríos and Cardenas): $89.00
  • Camino de Cruces: $112.00
  • Panama Center (includes: San Francisco, Punta Pacífica, Paitilla, Ave Balboa, Marbella, Obarrio, El Cangrejo, La Cresta and Tumba Muerto): $134.00
  • Costa del Este: $137.00
  • Costa Sur and Panama Pacifico: $146.00

OTHER FEES


Other fees may include: English as an Additional Language (EAL)*, Exceptional Education Program (EEP)*, extra-curricular activities (ECAs), field trips, bus transportation and IB Diploma Program fees (11th and 12th Grade).**

*Students may be required to enroll in the EAL and/or EEP programs. In such cases, additional fees willl apply.

**Additional IB Diploma Program fees (11th and 12th Grade): DP registration and examination fees are payable upon registration and re-enrollment. Optional online DP courses will be charged separately.

 

 

 

 



* Any late payments are subject to a ten percent (10%) surcharge of the amount owed.
